1. Introduction

Audientia ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Audientia platform, an AI-powered interview coaching and career intelligence service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our service, accessible at audientia.com.

By using Audientia, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

We comply with applicable privacy laws globally, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and other applicable regional laws.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data.
  • Interview responses: Text answers you type during interview coaching sessions.
  • CV text: Text you paste into the CV Review feature. This is processed in memory only and never stored on our servers.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session duration.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address.
  • Performance scores: Interview scores, CV scores, and coaching feedback generated from your sessions.

2.3 Video and audio data

When you use the camera and microphone features, video frames are captured at 1 frame per second and sent directly to OpenAI's API for analysis. We never store video frames or audio recordings on our servers. Only your resulting scores and coaching notes are saved. You are always asked for explicit consent before we access your camera or microphone.
